Once the Vendor's application is accepted, they will receive an acceptance letter and an invoice via email that includes their vendor enrollment and reservation fees.
Vendor fees are due within 14 days of the acceptance of the Vendor's application. If all booth fees are not paid by the due date, Sunset Farmers Markets reserves the right to cancel the Vendor's application at its sole discretion. If the Vendor needs a reasonable payment extension, please contact us.
If the State and/or City temporarily requires the market to close due to unforeseen circumstances, dangerous weather, or an immediate public safety emergency, the Vendor's reservation fees will be credited toward a future Sunset Farmers Markets event.
The market is open RAIN or SHINE. Vendors will not be charged a late cancellation fee if they need to cancel due to bad weather. Vendor fees will not be refunded or credited if a vendor cancels because of bad weather.
In the event of a personal medical or family emergency, vendor reservation fees may be credited through a courtesy payment transfer instead of being refunded. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Due to limited booth space, vendors must reserve and prepay for the market days they want to participate in. If the vendor chooses to add more Market Days or receives an approved courtesy payment transfer, an extra $15 processing fee will apply.
Vendor Fees will not be refunded if Sunset Farmers Markets or a government agency requires a vendor to leave the market for not complying with market or government rules and regulations.
All payments to Sunset Farmers Markets are non-refundable.
