Arts & Crafts Qualifications

1. All arts and crafts items must be handmade or created/designed by the Vendor. Examples of items that would fall under the Arts & Crafts category include, but are not limited to: Jewelry, Bath & Body Products, Woodworking, Pottery, Paintings/Drawings, Screen Printing, Henna, Stickers, Photography, Literature, Music, 3D Printing, Upcycled Clothing, etc. 
2. Items intended for consumption, like food or dietary supplements, are not eligible to be sold under Arts and Crafts.

$35 Vendor Enrollment Fee per market location. 

$30 Per Market Day Reservation Fee (10ft x 10ft Canopy)

There is an additional $10 fee for each 1ft to 5ft needed.

Utah County Fair Farmer Vendor Fees: 

$35 Vendor Enrollment Fee

$250 Reservation Fee  (10ft x 10ft Canopy) (Payment covers all 4 days) 

There is a $100 fee for every additional 10ft needed

Due to limited booth space availability, vendors must prepay to reserve market days they wish to participate.

All payments made to Sunset Farmers Markets are non-refundable.

Due to the growing number of applications each year and the limited number of competing vendors we accept at each market location, the following items are automatically added to the Arts & Crafts waitlist: Permanent Jewelry, Charm Necklaces & Bracelets, Crocheted Animals/Characters, and 3D Printing.  Meaning we are only selecting a small number of these vendors per market location. Vendors on the waitlist will be notified if any spaces become available throughout the Farmers Market season. 

If we find vendors selling unauthorized resale items from websites such as Alibaba, Temu, or Amazon, they will be removed from our markets. We discourage the use of AI and encourage vendors to be transparent with customers if AI is used in the creation of their products.
